This petition has been filed to not to harass the petitioner.

2.It is seen from the records, there is a money dispute between the parties and other. Therefore, the petitioner has approached the police seeking for recovery of money. 3.The dispute is purely civil in nature and the police do not have any jurisdiction to interfere with this. The respondent police is directed to relegate the parties to approach the Civil Court.
