[Order was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The order sought to be reviewed is to direct the review petitioners to consider the case of the writ petitioner as directed in Paragraph No.4 of the order passed in W.P.No.26414 of 2013 dated 23.09.2013. Therefore, the petitioners have to consider the merits and accordingly consider the claim of the 1st respondent. The said order of direction to consider the claim of the 1st respondent would not cause any prejudice to the appellants. It is made clear that the appellants are at liberty to consider the claim uninfluenced by the observations made in the orders of the Writ Petition and Writ Appeal.

2. Thus, we do not find any reason to entertain the Review Application and accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
