ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue viz., Kalpana, aged 21 years, sought production of her daughter.
2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.
3. The detenue has been produced by the respondent. She is accompanied by one Vinoth Kumar, whom she informs of having married though the marriage is yet to be registered. Towards https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
assuaging the feelings of petitioner/mother, we required the detenue to interact with her for sometime. Having done so, the detenue informs intent to be in the companionship of her husband.
4. Recording so, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
