By order dated 28.07.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of HMOP.No.115 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of resumption of physical functioning at the Principal Sub Court, Cuddalore.

2. Now, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Cuddalore. has requested this Court to grant further short extension of time to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant further period of six months to dispose the above said case from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 28.07.2021 kv 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
