This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 06.09.2018 made in I.A.No.649 of 2017 in O.S.No.71 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif at Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
