2. We have heard Mr.B.Gowtham, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.A.C.Manibharathi, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. The prayer is made to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 01.02.2017 and 05.04.2017.

4. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner has been responded to on 30.10.2023 and information has been given to the petitioner.

5. As the representation of the petitioner has already been decided, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive. If the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may take appropriate steps.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
