Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the relating to the impugned orders of the University in Ref. No.A-II / MPV/ Stella Maris College / Principal Approval / 2018/ 133 dated 12.07.2018 and in Ref.No.A-II/MPV/UGC Regulation 2010/2018/137 dated 13.07.2018, quash the same and further direct 4th respondent university to give qualification approval for appointment of Dr.Sr.Rosy Joseph as Principal of the petitioner college with effect from the date of her appointment.
