ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was noted that the respondent company is under liquidation and that a Resolution Professional has been appointed. Since, the respondent company is under liquidation, the petitioners are required to lodge their claims, if any, before the Resolution Professional for adjudication. For the said reason, the petitioners are required to approach the Resolution Professional and lodge their claims.
2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition, as filed, cannot be adjudicated, and the petitioners are required to approach the concerned Resolution Professional to seek redressal of their claims.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
