ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 on 20.03.2015 before the first respondent.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is that the first respondent i.e., the District Collector, Coimbatore to forthwith number the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is in order and there are no office objections in relation to the same.

4. If the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is in order, the same be numbered and disposed of by the first respondent in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
