(Order of the Court made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent viz., the Executive Engineer, Zone-IX, Corporation of Chennai, their men, agents, subordinates or anyone acting under him from locking and sealing the building at Door No.109/121, Valluvar Kottam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034 pending consideration of the revision/ appeal dated 05.02.2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

17.10.2018 before the 1st respondent filed under Section 80-A and 80-A(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 viz., the Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, Chennai states that the appeal will be decided within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
