This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.176 of 2018 filed by the respondent police against this petitioner for an offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC.

2. There are sufficient allegations made in the complaint and therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage.
