JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) The sole respondent in this writ appeal is stated to have passed away and the matter is pending at the stage of necessary steps being taken for bringing on record the legal heirs. However, this is rendered unnecessary for the reason that Mr.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the directions under order of the Writ Court, impugned in this writ appeal, have been complied with and hence, the State does not pursue this Writ Appeal any further. 2.Recording the above, this Writ Appeal and connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed. No costs.
