This petition has been filed seeking to direct respondents to file charge sheet in Crime No.9 of 2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that even though the FIR was registered by the second respondent, subsequently by the proceedings of the Director General of Police, Tamilnadu, dated 06.07.2018, the case has been transferred to Economic Offences Wing, Salem. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to Economic Offences Wing, Salem, to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
