Challenging the same, the present appeal has been filed and pending the appeal, the present petition has been filed, seeking interim injunction. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Any alienation or encumbrance would be hit by the doctrine of lis pendens. This miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
