This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the F.I.R in Crime No.27 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCB, coimbatore.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the case has been closed as civil in nature and a closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore on 10.01.2019 and R.C.S notice has also been served on the defacto-complainant in R.C.S.No.2 of 2019.
