The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to give permission to conduct a festival programme between 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. on 13.12.2018 at "Arulmighu Sri Maha Sakthi Mariamman, Sri Batharakaliamman Thirukoil" at Moliyappalli, Nallipalayam Village, Tiruchengode https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Namakkal District by considering his representation dated 13.12.2018.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 13.12.2018 has already been considered by the respondent. The respondent has passed an order dated 10.12.2018 vide his proceedings No.114/D3PS/2018 granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the festival programme subject to the conditions, which have already been imposed by this Court in similar matters. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
