ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to dispose of the case in C.C.No.32 of 2006 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi, within a stipulated time in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.From the records, it is seen that the Calendar Case is of the year 2006. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi, to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance after completion of the proceedings.
