This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of complaint dated 10.08.2018, 16.10.2018 vide CSR No.235 of 2018 dated 13.08.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
