Comp.A.No.188 of 2024 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J., By this application, the applicant seeks the condonation of delay of 322 days in filing the claim petition.

2. The Official Liquidator is also present.

Upon considering the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the application and by taking into account the fact that claims are under consideration currently, this application is allowed subject to the applicant representing Form - 66 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
