O R D E R
This application is filed seeking for an order of appointment of Mr.S.Muthupattaraja, Manager (Legal), Chennai of the applicant as receiver to seize the vehicle more particularly described in the schedule to the Judges Summon wherever stationed in the premises of the respondent or wherever it is found and with whomsoever it isfound with powers to breakdown the premises and grant permission to the receiver to obtain police aid from the concerned police officer.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, through video conferencing, would submit that the subject vehicle has been seized and surrendered to the applicant by the Advocate Commissioner and the remuneration for the Advocate Commissioner has been paid and as such the award has been executed, hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this application and therefore the application may be closed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is closed.
