Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records relating to the detention order in S.C.No.55/2018, dated 07.11.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Gaja @ Gajendran s/o Gopal Reddy aged about 30 years the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore before this Court and set the petitioner's husband Gaja @ Gajendran s/o Gopal Reddy aged about 30 years the detenue herein at liberty. [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent against the detenu herein, has been revoked by the Advisory Board and the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.5555, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 21.12.2018 has also been passed.
