O R D E R

When the matter was listed on 10.01.2019, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 27.11.2017 in W.P.No.23939 of 2014 had been complied with and in this regard, the Special Tahsildar, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Walaja, passed an order in proceedings dated 08.01.2019.

2.In view of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent once again, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.01.2019. When the matter is listed today on 18.01.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate reiterated that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23939 of 2014 has been complied with.

3.Thus, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
