ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the petition filed by the respondent in G.W.O.P.No.4535 of 2018 on the file of the learned III Additional Family Judge, Chennai. 2.In the above Civil Revision petition, the parties have appeared in person and on the directions of this Court, the minor Akhil Raj was also brought to the Court and after discussion, the following arrangements is made which is the final orders in the Civil Revision Petition:

"The petitioner/father Arun Chella Samraj Mukesh shall visit the minor at the Family Court, Children Complex, Bandra, Mumbai, every month. The first of such a visit shall be had on 15.04.2019 and thereafter, the father will visit the child on 2nd Saturday of every month at the very same address."

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
