: Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle to applicant, which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the Court made the following Order : The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that, already some arrangement have been made, under which the loan would be taken care of by yet another finance company and they would in fact settle the same towards the applicant and this arrangement has been in fact agreed by the representative of the applicant.

2. However in view of the financial year ending, the said arrangement would be feasible only in the first week of April, therefore the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks accommodation till first week of April and for this arrangement, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant has no serious objection.

Hence post this matter on 09.04.2019.
