ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the wife of the detenu seeking a direction to the respondents to grant leave for 60 days to the detenu, namely, Mohammed Zubair @ Sheik Janu,

S/o. Sheik Mohideen, aged about 48 years, life convict prisoner, bearing Convict No.3243 detained at Central Prison, Kovai.

2. This Court, by an order dated 02.01.2019, granted leave to the detenu for a period of 30 days commencing from 05.01.2019 to 05.02.2019.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the convict returned back to the prison.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
