The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to grant permission to conduct the vilalge folk dance and other cultural programmes (Adal Padal) which is scheduled to be conducted on 13.12.2018 at Sri Arulmiku Mariyamman Temple Festival situated at Vellavedu and Post, Perundhurai Taluk, Erode District by considering his representation dated 01.12.2018.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 01.12.2018 has been considered by the respondent and rejected for the reasons mentioned therein on 07.12.2018. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
