..Respondent in both Crl.O.Ps COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to modify the conditional order with regard to deposit of Rs.40,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ponneri passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, vide Crl.M.P. Nos.5823 and 5824 of 2018 on 12.11.2018, respectively.

For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sivakumar (in both Crl.O.Ps.) For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz (in both Crl.O.Ps.) : Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below, while considering the Anticipatory Bail filed by the petitioners.

2.Admittedly in this case, seven units of river sand is involved. The Court below therefore had imposed a condition asking the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- before the Magistrate Court. This has been put to challenge in these Criminal Original Petitions.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below, is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/- each before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is. 4.These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed with the modification indicated herein above.
