Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent Committee to consider the petitioners' memo dated 30.11.2018 filed in the complaint relating to the election to K.330, Gomangalam Pudur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society and pass appropriate orders by permitting the petitioners as interveners in the said complaint to place all facts, before taking any decision on the complaint given by the Respondents 4 and 5 herein.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent committee to consider the intervening petition filed by the petitioner to implead him in the complaint filed by the respondents 4 and 5 before the first respondent committee.

2. According to the petitioner, since the petitioner's intervening petition has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that already the respondents 4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw the complaint and their complaint has also been closed by an order dated 24.11.2018.

4. Since the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5 itself closed, nothing remains to adjudicate in the writ petition.
