PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue direction to the respondents to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's business Branch Unit situated at Survey Nos.30/1 and 31/1, Pochithipedu Village and post, Arikkampattu Road, Redhills via, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Chennai - 600 052, to peacefully function and free vehicle movement in and out with goods, pursuance to the police complaint dated 30.11.2018 and representation made by the petitioner company to the respondents many times in person, consequently to register a case against the unruly mob in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection. The petitioner has given a complaint before the respondent police on 30.11.2018 in this regard. The same has not been considered. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

2. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to call the parties and conduct an enquiry, based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 30.11.2018 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
