ORDER

This Court passed an order on 21.12.2018 issuing a bailable warrant to the first respondent through the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvallur, to ensure his presence before this Court. The warrant has been executed by the office of the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvallur and the first respondent is present before this Court. The first respondent tendered his unconditional apology for not properly instructing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor in this case and undertook that he will not repeat this mistake in future.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the first respondent has registered an FIR in Crime No.5 of 2019 on 02.01.2019 against the accused persons for an offence under Sections 447, 427, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal original petition and the same is closed.
