PRAYER:This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire records of F.I.R in Cr.No.478 of 2018 on the file of Inspector of Police, CCB, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

The petitioners are arrayed as accused A1 to A6 in Crime No.478 of 2020. The second respondent herein has registered F.I.R in the above Crime Number alleging that inspite of the receipt of huge amount by the accused, as per the agreement, they have not executed sale deed. Accordingly, F.I.R was registered. Challenging the said FIR, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the said petition, the accused have executed a sale deed, dated 28.02.2019 in favour of the complainant, which were marked as the Documents Nos.P49 to P52. 3.The learned counsel for the second respondent/defactocomplainant is absent. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the sale deed has been executed, I find that nothing survives in the Crime No.748 of 2018. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R in Crime No.478 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCB, Egmore, Chennai, is quashed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is closed.
