Tahir Ahmed v. Syeda Najia
OA.No. 1206 of 2018 in OP.No. 1169 of 2018 R.N.MANJULA, J.
This application has been field to grant interim injunction restraining the respondent or their men, agents, servants or any one claiming through or under them from removing the Minor Children Asma Ahmed Imami currently aged 4 years and Amaan Ahmed Imami currently aged 2 years from the jurisdiction of this court pending disposal of the main petition.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicant /petitioner submitted that this application has been filed in the year 2018 by apprehending that the respondent might shift her residence from Bangalore and thus shift the children also.
3. Now it is learnt that the children are with their mother who is employed as an Asst. professor, Architecture department in New College at Chennai. The children are also studying in Chennai. The father is said to be paying school fees for them. Since the respondent and the children have not shifted their residence anywhere out side of the jurisdiction of this court, I don't feel any order should be passed as of now in this regard. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
