By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of her representation sent through her counsel dated 01.10.2018 for the release of Sale Deed dated 29.05.2008 pending Doc.No.130 of 2008.
3. The petitioner claims that she has submitted the sale deed for registration before the respondent on 29.05.2008 and the same is kept pending as D.No.130 of 2008. Inspite of several representations to the respondent, the said document was not released to the petitioner. Hence, she filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.13566 of 2009. This Court, vide order dated 10.08.2009, directed the respondent herein to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
release the said document within a month. As there was no response, the petitioner has sent notice to the respondent through her counsel on 01.10.2018 seeking release of sale deed dated 29.05.2008, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard Mr.S.Ilamparithi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them due opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
