ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondent police to produce the petitioner's vehicle before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a case has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.146 of 2018. The respondent police inspite of seizing the car belonging to the petitioner did not produce the same before the Court below. Therefore, the petitioner filed a petition for return of vehicle. However, the Court below had returned the petition on the ground that the vehicle has not been produced before the Court. Therefore, this petition has been filed. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to immediately produce the concerned vehicle before the District Munsif cum Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Arcot, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner shall work out his remedy as per the procedure under Section 451 of Cr.P.C.
