This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam to take cognizance of the complaint filed by the petitioner in the year 2016. 2.The petitioner had filed a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, against the accused persons for an offence under Sections 294(b) and 427 of I.P.C. The complainant was examined and three more witnesses were also examined in this case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that thereafter, the complaint is being adjourned for one reason or other and cognizance is yet to be taken by the Court below. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam to immediately act upon the complaint filed by the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
