: Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to issue and order of direction, directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gingee, Villupuram District and the Sub Inspector of Police, Anandapuram Police Station, Villupuram, the respondents herein to give necessary police protection to the petitioner to enter into his properties in Survey No.15/4B and 18/5 an extent of 0.65 cents at Panamalai Madura Metupalayam in which the petitioner "Malarvizhi Lathe Factory" and the Kannu Pillayar Temple is situated.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner had already given a complaint against the accused persons and two FIRs have been registered against the accused persons in Crime Nos.424 and 425 of 2017 before the second respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since no action has been taken on the FIRs pending against the accused persons, the accused persons are continuing to trespass into the property and are causing threat to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner left with no other alternative, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
protection.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police are investigating the pending FIRs and appropriate action will be taken against the accused petitions, based on the materials collected in the course of investigation. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent police to effectively continue with the investigation and to file a final report or closure report, as the case may be within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
