ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.03 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.
The 1st respondent had registered an FIR for an offence under Section 420 & 406 of IPC against one Jagadeeswaran. The name of the petitioner is not found in the FIR. In the course of investigation, this petitioner has been added as a Accused No.10 based on the materials collected by the respondent / police.

The moment complaints started pouring, the respondent / police had to necessarily add the accused persons based on the complaint and the materials collected during the course of investigation.
4.
This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage, since the case involves deposits collected from the general public. The petitioner has to necessarily wait for the final report to be filed in this case and thereafter, take a decision in accordance with law. At this stage, there is no question of interfering with the investigation.
5.
In the result, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. 11.12.2018 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No rka/ssr To The Public Prosecutor, High Court of Madras
