This petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the show cause notice dated 01.11.2018 issued by the fourth respondent for acquiring the subject lands.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that even though acquisition proceedings were issued, however, they will not acquire the subject lands as the same is not required.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are required in these petitions.

Accordingly these writ petitions stands closed. No order as to costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file fresh petition if the acquisition process is carried at any later date.
