O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 17.05.2018 and 30.07.2018, seeking finalisation of the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the there are three departmental proceedings in (a) Na.Ka.No.0752/2015/A1 dated 22.5.2015 (b) Na.Ka.No.861/2016/A1 dated 19.5.2016 and (c) Na.Ka.No.3890/2015/A1 dated 22.06.2016, pending against the petitioner. The petitioner has submitted her detailed reply to the above proceedings, refuting the charges. The petitioner has sent representations dated 17.05.2018 and 30.07.2018, seeking early conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings, which has not evoked any response. Hence the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the respondent cannot keep the disciplinary proceedings pending indefinitely without passing any further orders. Hence, the respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 17.05.2018 and 30.07.2018, and conclude the disciplinary proceedings mentioned above in paragraph No.2 supra, pass appropriate final orders thereon, and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
