This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.41 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

This petitioner has been added as A2 in the FIR. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Sufficient allegations has been made in the FIR against the accused persons and this Court cannot interfere with the FIR at this Stage. The involvement of this petitioner will be established only in the course of investigation.
