Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased too stay all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 20/01/2015 , made in MCOP.NO.28/2012 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ( III Additional district Court ), Kallakurichi, (CMP No.22227 of 2018) pending disposal of the above CMA.2938/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MANOHAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that they have already deposited entire award amount, as per the order of this Court dated 18.12.2015 made in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in C.M.A.Sr.No.79619 of 2015 to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.28 of 2012, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/III Additional District Judge, Kallakurichi.

2.In view of the same, there shall be order of interim stay . 3.Issue notice to the respondents.
