Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of INTERIM DIRECTION to appoint a retired Hon'ble Judge of the High Court of Madras as a chairman to conduct and preside over the Annual General Body Meeting of the 1st Defendant council for the period 2017 strictly in accordance with the bye law of the 1st Defendant council within a stipulated time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court pending disposal of the above application.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The plaintiffs have come up with this application, seeking interim direction to appoint a retired Hon'ble Judge of this Court as the Chairman to conduct and preside over the Annual General Body Meeting for the period 2017.

2. It is submitted that the Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.N.BASHA, retired Judge of this Court was already appointed as the Chairman to conduct and preside over the
