Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of INTERIM DIRECTION directing the 1st Defendant Council to conduct the Annual General Body Meeting of the 1st Defendant council for the period 2017 strictly in accordance with the bye-laws of the 1st Defendant council under the Chairman appointed by this Hon'ble court pending disposal of the above application. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: This application has been filed seeking interim direction to the first respondent to conduct the Annual General Body Meeting for the period 2017.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsels on either side that in the Executive Committee meeting, a decision was already taken to convene the Annual General Body Meeting on 03.03.2019.

3. In the light of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
