OP No.1192 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Tmt.S.Alli, who died intestate on 24.06.2006. The first petitioner is the husband and the second petitioner is the son of the deceased S.Alli.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased S.Alli, as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased S.Alli, as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased S.Alli. The second petitioner has filed his consent affidavit expressing his no objection for grant of Succession Certificate in the name of the first petitioner and the consent affidavit marked as Ex.P5. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the first petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 24.04.2019 jv http://www.judis.nic.in
