Respondents For Petitioner :Mr.A.R.Nixon For Respondent :Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, Addl.Govt.Pleader - for R1 Ms.P.Kavitha, Govt.Advocate - for R2 Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent passed on 24.10.2010 in Na.Ka.No.A1/1611/10 within a date fixed by this Honourable Court thereby set right the anamoly par with the petitioners junior K.Vadivel Naicker and consequently pay the pensionary benefits along with interest to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is receiving lesser pension compared to his junior one K.Vadivel Naicker. The petitioner claims that there is a disparity between the petitioner's pension and his junior Vadivel Naicker's pension. In this regard, he had made several representations to the respondents, which did not evoke any response and hence seeks the indulgence of this Court by way of this writ petition. It is also submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2011, a proposal has been forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent.

2. Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the second respondent.

3. Under the circumstances, considering the limited prayer, the first respondent is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner, in the light of the proposal sent by the second respondent, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
