This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent authority to give permission to conduct the dance programme at Ekkattampalayam Mariyamman temple situated in Ekkattampalayam Village, Chennimalai post, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2018.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2018 had been considered and orders have been passed rejecting the permission to conduct dance programme, sought for by the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also produced the proceedings of the respondent dated 09.12.2018 to that effect.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader and also the proceeding dated 09.12.2018 this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
