ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to issue First Information Report, Driving License, Insurance Policy and R.C.Book to the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's car met with an accident and the family members of the petitioner sustained severe injuries. An FIR was also registered by the respondent Police in this regard. The petitioner wants to file a Motor Accident Claims Petition and therefore, he is in need of certain documents in order to proceed further with the case. The complaint of the petitioner is that these documents have not been furnished by the respondent Police and therefore, the petitioner is not in a position to file a claim petition before the Tribunal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to issue First Information Report, Driving License, Insurance Policy and R.C.Book to the petitioner within period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
