This petition has been filed seeking for disposing the application in I.A.No.71 of 2018 on merits, pending on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

This application has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the ex-parte order passed on 26.07.2017. In the mean time, warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner by an order dated 22.11.2018. The petitioner has sought for staying the operation of the warrant. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in I.A.No.71 of 2018, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
