ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Superintendent of Police, Villupuram, the first respondent herein to take suitable action against the 3rd respondent herein for his failure in enquiring the complaint in CSR No.452 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
