ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Mrs.Thenmozhi, aged about 25 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. After noting that it is only a matrimonial discord and the detenue is continuing to stay away from the petitioner, this Court was inclined to adjourn the matter by order dated 18.10.2019 and the same stalemate continues even today. Thus, we are of the view that the detenue is not willing to rejoin the petitioner.

3. In such view of the matter, there is no illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
